What could our passes help people do?
Memberships: Welcome new members, show membership details, scan or tap for club entry, open the renewal page, and find volunteer opportunities and useful club links.
Events: Scan or tap for event entry, check arrangements, open the event guide, find facilities, and return for results and photos.
Entry options depend on your club or event’s check-in system.
Do people need another app?
No. Passes use the free Apple Wallet or Google Wallet apps. Apple Wallet comes with iPhone; Google Wallet can be downloaded on compatible Android phones.
Can we keep our existing systems?
Yes. Keep the systems you use for memberships, enrolment and payments. Your pass can link to your website, renewal page, event information and services such as results. Once renewal is confirmed, we update the existing pass using a process we agree with you. We agree which pages and services your project needs before launch.
What can change on a pass?
Almost anything: your branding, membership details, event information and links. You approve the changes; we update your passes. Before launch, we agree how you’ll send us changes and when we’ll make them, including time-sensitive event updates.
Will people see an update straight away?
Updates are sent straight to the pass already in their wallet, with no need to add it again. Important changes can also trigger a notification. Timing depends on their phone’s settings and connection.
Will our passes look like the sample?
We design your passes around your branding and what people need to do. The sample shows Apple Wallet’s poster layout and featured actions, available on iOS 27 and later. Older iPhones use a compatible layout; Google Wallet has its own design. We agree the appropriate layouts and actions for your community before launch.
