Your monthly price includes:
- Two active pass projects: one for memberships and one for events.
- Up to 4,000 active passes across both projects.
- Setup, launch, updates and support—all handled by us.

What’s included in the price?
Setup, launch, updates and support are included. A project is a set of passes for your members or event participants. Expired passes don’t count towards the 4,000-pass allowance. We agree the work before we start.
What if we only need membership passes or an event?
You can use either or both; the monthly price is the same. For event-only use, we agree your final paid month upfront. Renewal stops at the end of that month unless you ask us to continue.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Contact us to stop the next monthly renewal. Your service continues until the end of your paid period, with no cancellation fee. Before we start, we agree when your passes will expire and how long we’ll retain the project information after service ends.
